Why should we change from presidential to federal parliamentary form of government. What are the advantages that will take effect in our economic development.

Some advantages of a parliamentary form of government:
1. the executive and legislative are fused. "the simplier the more efficient.
2. only the most qualified can become PM. popularity isn't important.
3. running the government is more of a team action rather than a one-man rule.

Sa aking nakikita sa Europe and America which are countries who have a federal government form, isang pinakamalaking advantage is that, they can easily change the government without so much bickering. Kahit yearly magpalit, tahimik ang bayan. Eto ang kailangan natin sa Pilipinas. Stability of the nation.

Dito naman sa Pinas, hindi ko alam kung ano ang nilalaman ng gusto nilang parliamentary set-up.

Ang disadvantage naman ay eto:

Seperation of powers and check and balance would be completely out of work sa parliamentary-federal set-up na gustong mangyari ng present administration.

ang present administration ay nagagawa nila ang gusto nila, inspite of the laws that bind in the check and balance. By the way, check and balance is a safeguard against abuse of power. Kung wala nito, paano na.

Kung sila pa rin ang uupo (present administration and her mentors sa congres, di bale na lang walang cha cha. pero kung magb*botohan muli sa bagong tipo ng gobyerno, payag ako... It's time to change.

Balita ko kasi, sila pa rin ang uupo, at ang presidente, extended ang term until 2010.
